Uninoculated LTD offers plumbing, heating, and water supply repairs, as well as the sale of related products. The services are provided according to the specifics agreed upon with each client. Scope of Services: Detailed descriptions of each service are provided upon request and in the contractual agreement. Service Limitations: The Company reserves the right to refuse any service that is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or outside of our expertise.

3. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information regarding the issues requiring repair or installation. Access to Premises: Clients must ensure access to the premises where services will be performed. Payment: Clients are required to make timely payments for services rendered as per the terms in the service contract.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Prices for services will be communicated in advance and agreed upon by both parties. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional charges, including interest, in accordance with UK laws. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds or cancellations are subject to our refund policy, which may include fees for cancellations made within certain timeframes.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Uninoculated LTD is committed to protecting your privacy. We will collect, store, and process your personal data only as necessary to provide our services. GDPR Compliance: Our data handling practices comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR. 6. Liability and Indemnity

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services rendered. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify Uninoculated LTD against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of our services, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

7. Force Majeure

Uninoculated LTD will not be liable for any failure to perform services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

8. Dispute Resolution

Complaints: In the event of a complaint, clients should contact Uninoculated LTD in writing or via email. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. 9. Termination

Uninoculated LTD reserves the right to terminate or suspend services at any time, with or without notice, if clients breach any of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

Uninoculated LTD reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
